Ukrainian-American

Igor Sikorsky, born in Kyiv and studied at the Kyiv!

Polytechnic Institute (1907-1911). Kyiv is not a part of Russia, it was always a capital of Ukraine! His son quoted "We are very glad that there are many people in Ukraine who are proud that Igor Ivanovich was born and studied in your capital. Ukraine didn't exist when Sikorsky born. Kiev was a big city in Russian Empire. He was obviously Russian - born in Russian family in a Russian town. 188.191.20.239 (talk) 17:29, 20 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
