territory size

there's been some confusion, both in external sources and on here, about how large Ingushetia is. i thought it'd be a good idea to make a note of this on the talk page, so we can avoid communicating via revert. pinging @Mellk as a previous contributor, and i'll notify the IP editors involved since i don't think you can ping IPs directly. ... sawyer * he/they * talk 23:47, 31 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

According to The Territories of the Russian Federation 2023: "The Republic occupies 3,628 sq km (1,401 sq miles)" (p. 176). Mellk (talk) 09:07, 1 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
